Scope of Services:

  • Isolation Valves: Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Plug, and Butterfly Valves.

  • Control Valves: Repair for Valve Body, Actuator, Positioner, and Controllers (Pneumatic/Electric/Hydraulic).

  • Pressure Relief Valves (PSV): Calibration & Repair (Conventional, Balance, Pilot Type) and Inline PSV Testing.

Products & Supporting Materials:

  • Supply of Rubber & Seals (Oil Seals, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Seals, O-Rings: NBR, Viton, Teflon, EPDM, Silicone).

Online Leak Sealing (OLLS)

Description: Rapid, non-destructive leak sealing solutions for critical industrial facilities without stopping production or shutting down the plant.

Coverage Areas:

  • Leak repairs on Flanges, Elbows, Gland Packings, Pipes, and Bushings.

Methods & Equipment:

  • Custom Clamps, Stuffing Boxes, Wire Brass, and high-pressure compound injection (Sealtite Compound).

Operational Limits:
